Looking for an original cast iron top for this Sharmeter 513 clock face pump. As you can see, a large piece has broken off at some point in its life, and I don't have the missing pieces. Please call or PM if you can help.
Thanks,

Try having a piece rolled or just bent at a heavy sheet metal shop. This can be made easier than finding a tip. Cut and welded in with Nickel rod a little at a time. Grind and JB weld the grooves or fill parts if needed. Sandblast and then fill again and prime. Have done this on other cast pieces as needed before. Good luck, nice pump.
If you plan on restoring it the top can be repaired. You could even have half of your top recasted then cut a piece to fit and weld it. The pump looks good as is. If you are not going to restore it just add lenses, hose and nozzle. Then put it against a wall.
We can repair it couple different ways. Dan 407-433-2164
Thanks to all for the suggestions so far. There are no plans to restore this pump. Just thought I would give a shot at locating an original, before going the re-cast route. Thanks.
Dan64 can for sure fix that, I’m a welder & have seen on here some of the great work he has repaired in cast iron! Chris
