I picked up this Merit Oil Equipment Co. of Cleveland, Ohio locally for $150. Can anyone tell me about uses, age, value, etc. Thanks so much…Mike

The little bit I can see of the Avanti sure looks clean and no rust in the wheel well.

There won’t be any rust in the wheel wells, it’s all fiberglass. It is an original 1964 Studebaker Avanti R2, numbers matching factory equipped with a Paxton Supercharger, 4-speed and traction control. It is also a multi-award winner many times over. I normally drive it weekly.

To quote Dr Dave "my bad" and I knew that too. Regardless, there can't be many looking better than yours! There was a local one for sale here and the thing looked terrible except the body!
