I've wondered this for years myself. Most of the estimates I've seen seen are between 350 and 450lbs.

The art factory of Scottsdale has the shipping weight at 470 lbs, I think that includes a crate of some kind.

Depends on if it has stamped steel base and hat or cast iron. ones. BIG difference! I can load a stamped one myself, not a cast one
