I have a mostly restored Erie 77 that is still without the rubber molding around the pump windows. It's nothing like readily available rubber profiles. Does anyone have a suggestion as to a possible source or are there Erie specialists who could help? To have a commercial extrusion company do it would likely be rather costly. Thanks.

Not familiar with Erie 77 rubber but have found quite a variety of rubber extrusions on Amazon. I just bought some deep U shaped stuff for old traffic lights from there. Try searching “rubber extrusion” or “channel”, etc. You are correct that getting a custom extrusion done would be too costly.

If you haven't already checked, you can also look at some of the industrial supply companies like Grainger and McMaster-Carr. They have all sorts of rubber edging, channels, trim and molding - different styles and sizes.

Nobody reproduces the rubber you need. The suggested sources are a good place to start.
Although not the exact same thing but the main door rubber seal for a Vendo Coke machine does work fairly good for sealing between the face plate and the door.

Thanks everyone. I found some edging on the McMaster-Carr site that I think will work. Will need to modify it a bit but it should be OK - at least better than nothing. The Erie Parts Book shows Model 77 and 99 as the only ones to NOT have a glass window. Guess they install the pumps on the non-rain side of the islands.
