I'm rebuilding an Eco 97 and the bell clacker doesn't reset to ring bell every time. I was wondering if I'm missing a spring inside any one with information on this with photo if spring is attached and where it is attached
would be greatly appreciated.

Cindy and I have been selling ECO pars since 1989, also I am the author of the Air Meter ID book. Before you do anything to the meter I suggest you get a copy of the Service Manual that I rewrote. The original manuals are hard to follow plus my manual is written with "Jack's Tips" to help you with the things that are not covered in the factory manual.
