Well you will have something to search for, probably for a long time. Sure they have a 12 step program that may help you have made the 1st step admitting you have a problem.

I started collecting about 38 years ago and i would buy any porcelain sign in any condition. It took me about 2 years before i realized that you buy clean signs.

I have though about buying something like that because if you put it on the wall with the cut top against the ceiling and the cut side against the wall it would look like a photograph that did not get the whole thing in the shot.

Well, I can translate! Mr. Henry is the brindle/dark brown plott hound. He's just trying to figure out how to pee on the chunk of sign. Charity is the beagle lab mix, and she likes to annoy Mr. Henry whenever he is distracted, so perfect time to jam her nose in his ear. :-)

Saw that one. It's cool, but different stripe design around edges. At least this piece of a piece of a sign contaIns the original date on it of 5-30.

Looks like a rare one, they made it upside down.

Thirty years when I got in this hobby I decided to concentrate on ECO Air Meters. With the regular 90 Series meters I was purchasing Islanders. It didn't take me long to find out that there were a great deal of collectors who wanted to find parts to rebuild their ECO Islanders.
For a while I was parting them out, I even sold a bent inside frame, the guy wanted the base that had either rusted off or had been in the cement when it was removed from the island. To today I do not have a piece of all the Islanders I have parted out.
My point is, and I have told many who have come to me for Islander parts to complete the ones they own, SOMEONE HAS TO EVENTUALLY PART OUT WHAT THEY HAVE.

I know this has little to do with the above sign, but to complete it, someone has to give up what they have found. Either you help someone else, or hope someone else posts what you need to complete your sign.

Completely agree! When I got this I did so full knowing I would never complete it because a portion has been torched/cut off. I have a few bare places in my workshop where I just wanted to get some petrol color hung up on the cheap.

But I do think it's kind of nuts that I spent any money on it! Pretty much convinces myself that I have the collecting bug a bit too much!!! ;-)
