Just picked this pump up tonight found it on a road that I have driven by a hundred times in our town.

WOW, I'd like to drive down the road and find a 9K pump! Ron Scobie makes most of the parts that I can see that are missing.

Go back & look for the light shades & cover plates.

What is the column skin made of? Doesn't appear to be metal since it held up so well to the elements. Looks like cast but I can't tell.

Column skin is 2 pieces of steel rolled together. Inner one is galvanized, outer one is NOT.
Everything else on the pump is cast iron.
