A few weeks ago my neighbor suprised me with two vintage gas pumps that one of his clients was going to throw away. The client gave them to him for free then brought the pumps home and gave them to me.

Ive already started repair work on the interior. I will leave the exterior alone as it is, except for a couple replacement nozzles.

The green pump is a AO Smith L3 from what i believe be the 1960s.
The Tall pump is a Bennett 646 Richfield pump no idea on the exact year on either of them just guessing the decades. The tall pump was fill wirh cobwebs, abandoned hornet nests, and pack rat junk.

Thankfully no dead rodents yet. I have a fear of dead critters or rodents. If i see one its almost like a nightmare for me.

Both pumps have been cleaned out of cobwebs and other junk.
This Evening i drained old fuel out of the bennett pump and so far no old fuel in the AO Smith. This is the biggest gas pump repair project ive worked on. A little more cleaningthan what i did with my gilbarco pump interior wise.. im excited to get these pumps working!!

Also if anyone has nozzles for these pumps and are willing to sell them or give them to me for 20 to 30 dollars it would be much appreciated!!
