I finally got an original top for my unrestored late 1930's Tok 36b gas pump thanks to my friends Don and Lynn at Vics 66 old gas pump. Not only is it an original but the thing had the same color original paint on it..it was meant to be. I am so STOKED. Had a super visit with Don and Lynn..thanks again you guys <3 xoxo

could be..I scored the pump in Centralia WA thanks to a lead from a friend who lives down there and have been looking for a top for it for about 4 years. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would get one with the same original paint scheme. It was a wowsers moment for sure and Thanks to Don and Lynn for making it a reality.

Thanks Jim..I am really busy and dont have time for the beloved "hunt" that I enjoy so much but if you are good to people and have a great attitude..I really believe things work out and eventually items <or parts> find you. How could I not share this story with my old friends? love ya xoxo

LOL..I was told that was the price on the whole pump but the pump was sold and he kept the top and now it lives with me. If the tops were a grand..I think Dick Bennett would be a millionaire...LOL

SHOOT, NO ONE HAS EVER OFFERED me $1,000 for a 36B Metal TOP!

NOT A "millionaire", but I would have a Newer Pickup!
