I believe it is from the early 60s... I'm basing that on the fact the can reads Veedol Oil Company (Canada); instead of Tidewater Oil Company (Canada).

As to Value, it has been my experience, that they are found occasionally on Ebay, selling for somewhere between $40-$100 (U.S.). Of course condition, dictates the final dollar amount...
